Construction of two multi-apartment residential buildings at Ganību Street 54, Jelgava
The project envisions the construction of two five-story multi-apartment residential buildings with 59 parking spaces, a landscaped territory, children’s playground, recreational areas, and bicycle parking with shelters. Modular construction technology is being used — modules are prepared in the factory with complete interior finishing, plumbing, and electrical installations. The buildings provide accessibility for people with mobility impairments, including suitable apartments on the ground floor.
