Construction of a new two-apartment residential house at Bebru Street 5, Mārupe, for the needs of SIA FELKISS ENTERPRISES.
This project involved the construction of a new two-apartment residential house, which corresponds to Building Group 2 with fire resistance class U3. The building was designed in accordance with classification code 11100103, which provides for brick or brick–wood exterior walls, ensuring high structural safety and durability.
The project was implemented in full compliance with current Latvian building regulations, including modern requirements for energy efficiency and safety.
